This Industrial Fluid Connection Fitting is a core fluid-handling and connection component designed for industrial fluid transfer systems, hydraulic piping networks, and process equipment fluid interfaces. It is manufactured by our in-house Sand Casting (Resin Sand) + CNC precision machining process to achieve high strength, precise thread and sealing geometry, and reliable leak-free connection. The use of grey cast iron HT200 provides an excellent balance of good tensile strength (≥200 MPa), superior vibration damping, and excellent corrosion resistance in water and neutral media — delivering a fitting that threads smoothly for reliable joint assembly, absorbs flow-induced and pump-induced vibrations in piping networks, and maintains long-term dimensional stability in both buried and exposed fluid installations.
Matech's one-stop approach, covering pattern making, resin sand casting, CNC machining and precision threading, hydrostatic pressure testing, surface treatment (red anti-rust primer), and engineered packing, ensures this connection fitting offers excellent pressure tightness, tight thread tolerances to BSPT/NPT/ISO 7-1 standards, and a ready-to-install finish — performing reliably in demanding industrial fluid handling and pipeline connection applications.

Customization Options
Every casting project starts with your unique design and requirements. Whether it's iron, steel, or aluminum, we tailor every aspect of the manufacturing process to your exact specifications. Below are the key dimensions you can customize with Matech — your drawing is our only standard.
Our Advantages
Technical Advantages
Pattern shop, shell molding & resin sand casting lines, CNC machining, heat treatment, and inspection lab — all centralized under one roof. No outsourcing. From base iron melting to finished and coated part, we maintain full control over lead time, quality consistency, and batch traceability.
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Support
Before pattern production begins, we provide a detailed DFM report covering solidification behavior, graphite morphology control, gating & riser design, core assembly strategy, and machining allowance optimization. For compact fittings like this 0.8 kg component, we pay special attention to thin-section filling behavior, thread boss integrity, and gating design to minimize turbulence and ensure clean, porosity-free threads after machining.
Expertise in Complex Iron Castings
We specialize in geometrically demanding parts with complex internal cavities and multi-core assemblies — such as fluid connection fittings, valve bodies, pump housings, gearboxes, and cylinder heads. Our shell molding process delivers superior surface finish on sealing faces and thread areas, while resin sand casting handles small to medium components with excellent dimensional repeatability across high-volume production batches. We pour a full range of grades — grey iron (HT150–HT350), ductile iron (QT400-18 to QT700-2) — with in-house heat treatment to tailor hardness, strength, and machinability to your specification.
Material Advantages
Strict Raw Material & Melt Control
We charge carefully proportioned pig iron, steel scrap, and ferroalloys (FeSi, FeMn) into our electric induction furnaces. Carbon equivalent, silicon content, and alloying elements are spectrometer-verified and adjusted in real time before tapping. Precise inoculation practices ensure consistent flake graphite morphology and mechanical properties across every pour — critical for maintaining uniform HT200 machinability and thread quality across compact fittings.
Every production batch is identified by a unique heat number. Chemical composition reports, mechanical test records (tensile strength, hardness, and where applicable, impact toughness), metallographic analysis (flake graphite distribution, matrix structure), and heat treatment charts are compiled into a traceable dossier — from furnace charge to finished casting.
We pour a comprehensive range of grey iron (HT150–HT350), ductile iron (QT400-18 to QT700-2), austempered ductile iron (ADI), Ni-resist, and high-Si-Mo ductile iron. Whether your application demands vibration damping for fluid piping, corrosion resistance in water media, or wear resistance in abrasive flow conditions, we match the grade and heat treatment to your requirements.
