Custom ADC12 aluminum die-cast mixer housing for a Russian lab equipment maker. We tackled unreasonable drawing tolerances, forming risks and strict surface requirements via DFM optimization, custom mold design, full-process QC & repeated sampling. High-precision, good-looking parts were delivered. Well recognized by the client, the product is in stable mass production with an annual order of USD 100,000 and long-term cooperation established.
