Each batch of products is fully traceable to its raw material furnace number, production records, and inspection data, guaranteeing that every component you receive is consistent, reliable, and verifiable.

Non-Destructive and Performance Testing

Every raw material undergoes strict inspection and is only accepted into inventory if it meets customer standards.

During the manufacturing process, deviations are promptly identified and corrected through a combination of first article inspection, operator self-inspection, and in-process patrol inspection.
First Article Inspection (FAI): The first part of every batch and every process must undergo full-dimensional inspection. After it’s qualified, mass production can begin.
Operator Self-Inspection: Operators measure and record critical dimensions in accordance with work instructions.
In-Process Patrol Inspection: Dedicated quality inspectors perform sampling inspections at defined intervals, to monitor process stability.
SPC (Statistical Process Control): Control charts are established for critical characteristics (such as hole diameter and flatness), with process capability maintained at CpK ≥ 1.33.

All inspection data is recorded in real time within the quality management system. In the event of abnormalities, alerts are triggered and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented promptly.

Before shipment, finished products undergo 100% or batch sampling inspection. Types of inspection include:

100% Critical Dimension Inspection: Each part is individually measured for customer-specified critical features, with all data recorded for traceability.

All inspections can be accompanied by formal reports, with support for on-site customer witnessing or third-party re-inspection.

Matech Quality Traceability System

Matech has established a comprehensive product traceability system, enabling bidirectional traceability for every production batch.


Forward Traceability: Raw material batch number → Production batch → Processing records → Inspection data → Shipment order number


Backward Traceability: Shipment order number → Inspection reports → Machine operators → Raw material batch


Traceable Information Includes:

• Raw material certificate number

Casting / heat treatment process parameters

CNC program number, operator, and equipment ID

Inspectors, testing equipment, and measured values

Shipment date, packaging method, and logistics tracking number


Traceability records are retained for a minimum of 10 years, and are available for internal verification or customer review at any time.

Continuous Improvement & Customer Feedback

Quality improvement is not a one-time task but a daily management habit.


Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): For any internal or external quality issues, conduct 8D or 5‑Why analysis, implement corrective actions, and deploy them across relevant departments.

• Management Review: Led monthly by core management, reviewing quality objectives, evaluating past performance, and planning improvement initiatives.

• Customer Satisfaction Surveys: Regularly collect customer feedback and convert the voice of the customer into internal improvement projects.

• Employee Quality Proposals: Encourage frontline employees to submit improvement suggestions and reward valuable contributions.
