Core Applications

Custom Capabilities for Key Automotive Industry Uses

Castings & Machined Components

Leveraging our mature casting and precision machining capabilities, we provide the automotive industry with high-performance custom components manufactured according to customer drawings:

1
New Energy Vehicle Battery Trays
These components require large-size thin-wall structures, integrated cooling channels, and stringent requirements for airtightness, flatness, and light weight performance. We offer integrated aluminum casting and precision machining solutions to meet the dual demands of structural strength and weight reduction in new energy vehicles.
2
Engine Mounts & Suspension Components
Subjected to continuous vibration and impact loads, these components require an optimal balance of strength and fatigue resistance. We supply high-strength ductile iron, steel, and aluminum alloy castings, complemented by heat treatment and precision machining services.
3
Transmission Housings & Valve Bodies
Require high dimensional accuracy, excellent sealing performance, and strong pressure resistance. We can use die casting or permanent mold casting, combined with CNC precision machining and airtightness testing.
4
Steering Knuckles
Require lightweight design while ensuring safety performance. We provide customized casting and machining services using materials such as aluminum alloys or ductile iron, completing precision machining of key holes and mounting surfaces strictly according to drawings.
5
Intake Pipes and Exhaust Manifolds
Feature complex internal flow channels and strict high-temperature resistance requirements, placing high demands on casting processes, dimensional control capability, and airtightness testing. We provide customized casting solutions in materials such as stainless steel, heat-resistant cast steel, and aluminum alloys to meet the requirements of different powertrain systems. We also offer leakage testing to ensure product quality and reliable use.

Conveyor Chains

In the process of automotive manufacturing, the painting line, welding line and final assembly line have high requirements for the stability, durability, and flexibility of the conveyor chains. We provide customized chain solutions according to your drawings or samples:

1
Hanging Chains for Automotive Production Line
Used for aerial transportation of body painting and final assembly line, requiring the chains to run smoothly, withstand high temperature (drying furnace), and chemical resistance. We provide die forged detachable chains and lightweight double hinged suspension chains, which respectively meet the requirements of heavy-duty and high-temperature main lines and light-load stable auxiliary lines, and are compatible with various specialized lifting equipment and tooling accessories.
2
Conveyor Chains for Assembly Line of Engine/transmission
Precise positioning, low noise, and high reliability are required. We provide heavy-duty double speed chains, slat chains, and drag chains to meet the needs of final assembly, sub-packaging, and multi variety mixing lines.
3
Conveyor Chains for Welding Line
Withstand welding slag splashing and high temperature, requiring the chain to be wear-resistant and impact resistant. We provide heavy-duty conveyor chains, sleeve chains, thickened chain plates, and reinforced pins.
4
Conveyor Chains for Parts Logistics
Used for parts turnover and lifting. We provide flat top chains, side curved roller chains, ordinary sleeve roller chains, and mesh chains, which are suitable for conveying heavy-duty and small-type bulk parts as well as complex layouts.

Industry Pain Points

Core Challenges in Automotive Industry Operations
Automotive OEM manufacturers and relevant suppliers often face the following challenges in the process of components procurement and production:
The Contradiction Between Lightweight and Strength
Traditional steel components are heavy, which affects battery life and fuel consumption; although aluminum alloy can reduce weight, it needs to ensure safety and fatigue life during collisions. Casting defects (such as porosity, shrinkage) can significantly reduce strength.
Extremely High Requirement for Batch Products Consistency
The OEM manufacturer requires the CpK of the components to be ≥ 1.33, and any deviation may lead to assembly difficulties or abnormal noise. The stability of casting and machining processes is the biggest challenge in ensuring consistency.
Big Difficulty in Machining the Complex Structure
Thin-walled, deep cavity, and porous parts (such as battery trays and motor housings) have strict requirements for fixing & clamping, cutting tools, and machining programs; and the accumulated errors caused by multiple fixing & clamping are difficult to control.
Delivery Time and Cost Pressure
The development cycle of new car models is constantly shortening, and sample delivery requires quick response; at the same time, it is necessary to control the cost of individual items while ensuring quality, which poses a challenge to the ability to integrate the entire process.
