Nut & Empty Fruit Bunch Conveying & Lifting

Can your palm oil chains match with scrapers, hoppers, and guide rails?
Absolutely. We support matching with various scrapers, hoppers, and guide rails. We can adjust the chain design according to the size of your supporting parts (such as the mounting hole distance of scrapers and load-bearing capacity of hoppers) to ensure a firm connection and smooth operation—no jamming or falling off. Do you have wear-resistant / heavy-duty / corrosion-resistant options?
Yes. The wear-resistant type uses surface quenching process (hardness HRC 45-50). The heavy-duty type has thicker chain plates and optimized pin shaft structure (tensile strength increased by 30%). The corrosion-resistant type uses 304/316 stainless steel with passivation treatment. All types are perfect for the high-temperature, high-humidity, and oil-rich palm oil environment.

Do you support custom lengths and non-standard chains? What's the customization lead time?
Yes. We support custom lengths and non-standard specifications (such as special pitch, width, and load requirements). The customization lead time is 40-60 working days (including design, sample making, and production)—it depends on the complexity of your chain. The mentioned lead time is for reference only.

What's your packaging method? Is it suitable for sea transportation?
We use export-standard packaging with double protection: the inner layer is moisture-proof PE bag (vacuum packaging is optional), and the outer layer is reinforced corrugated carton or wooden pallet (compliant with ISPM 15 standard, non-fumigated). The packaging is pressure and moisture resistant, fully suitable for long-distance sea transportation. It can effectively prevent the chains from rusting and being damaged by collision.

What's the service life of your palm oil chains under normal use?
Under normal palm oil industry working conditions (temperature 80-180°C, daily operation 8-12 hours), the standard chains last about 1-2 years, while the wear-resistant / heavy-duty chains last about 2-3 years. The actual life depends on your usage frequency and maintenance.
