Technology R&D and Design Center
From Concept to Drawings
The MATECH engineering team conducts drawing reviews, process design, and manufacturability analysis (DFM) here. Equipped with mold flow analysis software, CAD/CAM workstations, and casting simulation software, MATECH ensures that every component undergoes rigorous process planning before entering production.
Precision Casting Workshop
Shaping Metal, Defining Strength
Our casting workshops are equipped with automatic molding lines, resin sand production lines, shell molding equipment, investment casting production lines, die casting machines, low pressure casting and gravity casting machines etc. We can produce precision castings of various materials (such as gray iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy so on).
From mold design and production, metal melting, pouring, casting and forming to machining etc., each procedure strictly follows the process specifications. We use casting simulation software to optimize the pouring system, which can reduce defects such as porosity and shrinkage from the source, and ensure the internal density and dimensional stability of the castings.
Heat Treatment Workshop
Unlocking Material Potential
Heat treatment is a key process for improving the performance of parts. Our heat treatment workshops are equipped with box type resistance furnaces, well type carburizing furnaces, trolley type tempering furnaces, and induction heating equipment, which can perform a complete set of heat treatment processes (such as annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, carburizing, nitriding, etc.).
We record the temperature curve, holding time, and cooling medium for each furnace run, and place samples with the furnace for hardness and metallographic testing, to ensure that the processed parts meet the mechanical properties required by the design.
CNC Precision Machining Area
Precision at Every Cut
We have 50+ imported CNC machining centers, including five axis linkage, four axis, and high-speed milling equipments, which can achieve a machining accuracy up to ± 0.005mm.
In MATECH, metal raw materials (such as aluminum blocks, steel blocks, and copper materials) and blanks (steel castings, iron castings, aluminum alloy castings, zinc alloy die castings, copper alloy castings, forgings, extruded profiles) are converted into high-precision finished parts through precision programming and automated machining. Our operators monitor the real-time operation status of the equipment, to ensure that every product meets the drawings requirement.
Surface Treatment Workshop
Protection That Lasts
Matech Industry Ltd. provides a comprehensive range of professional surface treatment services, including sandblasting, polishing, anodizing, electroless nickel plating, Dacromet coating, powder coating, black oxide coating, and stainless steel passivation etc.
Based on the component's specific service environment and technical requirements, we recommend the most suitable surface protection solution for customers. Upon request, we can perform film thickness measurement, adhesion testing, and salt spray testing, to ensure that corrosion resistance performance meets the required standards.
Inspection and Quality Control Center

Quality is not just inspected — it is built in. Nevertheless, we still exercise rigorous control over every batch. Matech's Inspection Center is equipped with a full range of high-precision instruments, including: Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)、 Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES)、Carbon-Silicon Analyzer、Hardness Tester、Roughness Tester、PS Analyzer、Profilometer (Contour Measuring Instrument)、Metallurgical Microscope、Tensile Testing Machine、Chemical Composition Analysis Station、Vision Measuring Machine (Video Measuring System).
From chemical composition analysis of raw materials, to in-process dimensional sampling inspections, and finally to 100% critical dimension inspection before shipment, along with mechanical performance verification, every step is documented and fully traceable.
Upon customer request, we can also provide special inspection services including X-ray inspection, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and salt spray testing so on. Complete inspection reports are provided with each shipment.
Assembly and Packaging Area
From Assembly to Shipment
In the assembly area, our workers finish parts assembly, chain assembly and core technical parameter inspection. Before packing, we will recheck key dimensions and appearance quality of every product strictly.
We use professional anti-rust packing methods: apply anti-rust oil, seal products with plastic bags, then pack them in cartons or wooden cases. This prevents products from corrosion during long-distance sea transportation.
We are familiar with international logistics procedures and can provide complete customs clearance documents. We ensure safe and on-time delivery to customers all over the world.
