We have established a full-process production and inspection line for timber conveyor chains.Laser cutters and CNC lathes/saws are used for precise blanking of chain plates and pins.Welding robots enable automated welding of attachments, delivering uniform and reliable welds.Ipsen multi-purpose furnaces perform carburizing and quenching to ensure high surface hardness and high core toughness of the pins.


For quality inspection, the process is equipped with:

What is the approximate service life of the wood conveyor chain?
Under normal use and regular maintenance (timely lubrication and inspection), the service life can reach 3-5 years; if the working condition is complex (such as frequent heavy load, severe material wear), the service life is about 2-3 years, which can be adjusted according to the actual working scenario.

What may cause the wood conveyor chain to jam or make abnormal noise?
There are 3 main reasons: ① Insufficient lubrication of the chain, leading to increased friction; ② Wear or deformation of the chain plate, resulting in poor meshing with the sprocket; ③ Material jamming, causing unsmooth operation of the chain. It is recommended to check the lubrication condition, chain plate status and clear the jammed materials in time.
