The conveyor chain in the mining and cement industries is the core equipment component for material handling in the two industries, which achieves continuous transportation of materials (such as ores, limestone, clinker etc.) through the chain traction and load-bearing devices. High Impact Resistance
At the front end of mining crusher or the bottom of cement silo, it's common for large pieces of material to fall from high altitude. Our heavy-duty plate feeding chain adopts thickened chain plates, wide waist design, and special buffering structure, which can evenly distribute the high-altitude impact force to the entire equipment, and avoid damage to the host.

Heat-Resistance Stability
The clinker's temperature at the tail of the cement kiln can easily reach several hundred degrees. Our heat-resistant conveyor chains are made with suitable high-temperature resistant materials, which can avoid chain pitch elongation or biting caused by thermal expansion, ensuring stable operation of your equipment.

Super Abrasion Resistance
In the environment filled with fine dust, once tiny particles enter the hinge of the chain, their destructive power is comparable to that of a grinding wheel. Our conveyor chain can resist abrasive wear for a long time and reduce equipment damage rate, by using seamless wear-resistant sleeves and nickel plated chain plates.

Reduce Maintenance Costs
The bucket elevator chain produced by MATECH adopts a snap spring connection or pin riveting structure, which makes on-site replacement very easy without disassembling the entire machine, and greatly reduce your maintenance time.

Mining Industry
1. Mining feeding and rough crushing (heavy-duty plate feeding chain)
Whether it's open-pit mining or underground mining, during transportation to the crusher, the raw ore extracted is not only heavy, but also often has sharp edges and corners. MATECH's feeding conveyor chain has high tensile and impact resistance, preventing it from being bent or broken by large ore blocks.

2. Long distance stacking and reclaiming (high-strength stacker reclaimer chain)
Finished ore needs to be transported from the mining area to a distant yard or loading station, or stacked and collected on a stacker reclaimer. The distance can easily reach thousands of kilometers, and the pulling force is huge. MATECH uses high-strength alloy steel conveyor chains, which operate stably and reduce maintenance frequency or downtime.

3. Coal washing/beneficiation plant (corrosion/wear resistant scraper chain)
Scraper conveyors are responsible for pushing clean coal or mineral powder in water flow and slurry, which not only causes significant wear but also corrosion by water and chemical agents. MATECH uses stainless steel conveyor chains or special chains with anti-corrosion coatings, which can effectively resist wear/corrosion and extend the service life of equipment.
Cement Industry
1. Raw material crushing and feeding (heavy-duty plate feeding chain)
After raw materials such as limestone and clay are transported from the mine, they must be sent to the crusher firstly. In open-air storage yards or large silos, there is often a risk of large rocks falling from high places. MATECH uses heavy-duty plate feeding chains with strong impact resistance, and adpots hard materials (such as high manganese steel) to make the chain plates and trough plates, which can evenly and smoothly "feed" large materials into the crusher, improving production efficiency.

2. Raw material grinding and lifting (bucket elevator chain, FU series conveyor chain)
During grinding/lifting, the small stones after crushed have sharp edges, and lead to severe wear on the chain and scraper. MATECH uses high-strength bucket elevator chains or FU conveyor chains equipped with wear-resistant sleeves, to smoothly transport materials while resisting wear.

Customization Item Options Available Description
Material High manganese steel Mn13, alloy steel 42CrMo/35CrMo, high-strength carbon steel, cast steel, wear-resistant alloy forging etc. High manganese steel or alloy steel is preferred for ore impact and high load; Because cement clinker/sand/gravel transportation are resistant to impact, tension, and are not easily broken.
Surface Treatment Overlay welding wear-resistant layer, blackening anti rust, high-temperature oxidation resistant coating etc. Overlay welding wear-resistant layer deal with high abrasives (stone, ash); High temperature clinker line undergoes oxidation resistance treatment. It can improve wear and corrosion resistances of chains.
Heat Treatment Overall quenching, case hardening etc. Improves strength and wear resistance of chains.
Roller Type Thickened solid heavy-duty rollers, increased diameter reinforced rollers, anti jamming and slag cleaning rollers, double reinforced pin rollers, impact resistant forged rollers. To prevent material jamming and roller breakage; The solid, thickened, anti clogging and slag cleaning structures are suitable for high dusty and large edges of the stone material.
Plate Thickness National standard thickened type, extra thick reinforced type, specially customized widened and thickened type for industrial and mining use, integrated forged chain plate. With full load capacity, large material pulling capacity, thickened anti stretch, anti deformation, anti fracture, it's suitable for long-distance climbing and conveying.
Length Determine links quantity according to the equipment length, with closed-loop customization of the entire line, reserved thermal expansion allowance, equipped with high-strength joints/circlips, and ultra long segmented splicing. Cement/mining conditions have thermal expansion and high tensile strength, so it is necessary to leave expansion allowance and high-strength anti detachment joints.
Attachment Type Bucket type lifting hopper ear, scraper specific side ear, pushing block, reinforced cross arm, wear-resistant protection edge, specific mounting accessories for lifting machine. Suitable for bucket elevator, scraper, and scale machine; Can be equipped with hopper fixed seat, scraper reinforcement block, and for conveying ore/ash/clinker etc.
Temperature Resistance Room temperature sand and gravel type, medium temperature clinker 150-300 ℃ type, high temperature kiln tail 400-600 ℃ type, heat-resistant and anti tempering configuration type. Cement clinker, kiln ash, and high-temperature slag should choose heat-resistant materials and specialized high-temperature non-brittle structures.
Matching Sprockets Heavy duty quenched sprocket for industrial and mining, wear-resistant overlay welding for teeth, increased modulus, integral cast steel sprocket, non-standard customization of keyway/shaft hole, anti tooth detachment. Ensures high strength and wear resistance, and prevent teeth breakage and collapsing; Suitable for heavy-duty transmission shafts, capable of on-site boring installation and keyway modification.
Special Performance High wear and impact resistance, dust blocking resistance, tensile and fracture resistance, high temperature resistant clinker, corrosion resistant desulfurization ash, heavy-duty anti deviation, free-maintenance and fixed-seal pin. Well solve the issues such as abrasive wear, large ore impact, high temperature aging, coal ash and dust jamming, long-term heavy load fatigue, etc.
Quality Inspection Equipment

For example, use hardness tester to check the surface and core hardness of chain links and pins; Use spectrometer to quickly and accurately analyze the chemical composition of materials; Simulate operating conditions through chain pre-tension testing machine, to test tension, noise, and stability; Use tensile testing machine to determine the maximum breaking load of the chains, ensuring its safety and reliability during your use.
