Pulping Process Conveying

1. Alignment requirement: Ensure that the sprocket and chain are accurately aligned to avoid eccentric load, especially to meet the continuous transmission needs of the papermaking production line, and prevent chain jamming or breaking due to deviation; it is recommended to perform no-load running-in for 2-4 hours when using for the first time to check for transmission hidden dangers.
2. Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly add special lubricating oil according to the working conditions of the papermaking station (high humidity, dust, heavy load), and it is recommended to use high-viscosity chain oil that is water-resistant and dust-resistant; for wet-end and corrosive stations, anti-corrosion lubricants should be selected, and the lubrication condition should be checked every 100 hours of operation and supplemented in time.
3. Tension adjustment: Maintain appropriate tension, and the chain sag should be controlled at 2%-4% of the center distance; excessive looseness will cause jumping and chain disengagement, affecting the continuous operation of the papermaking production line, and excessive tightness will increase chain wear and equipment power consumption.
