This Cast Iron Sewage Pump Impeller (9-Blade Centrifugal Type) is a core rotational and fluid-boosting component designed for sewage lift pumps, septic tank drainage pumps, chemical clean water pumps, agricultural irrigation pumps, slurry transfer pumps, and municipal water supply and drainage equipment. Weighing approximately 3.8 kg, it is manufactured by our in-house Shell Molding (Resin Sand Casting) + CNC precision machining process to achieve high strength, precise multi-vane geometry, and reliable dynamic balance under high-speed rotation. The use of grey cast iron HT250 provides an excellent balance of high tensile strength (≥250 MPa), superior wear resistance against abrasive particles in sewage and slurry media, and excellent vibration damping.
