We charge carefully sorted steel scrap and certified ferroalloys (FeSi, FeMn) into our electric induction furnaces. Every heat is chemically analyzed by spectrometer before tapping, with real-time adjustments to carbon, manganese, and silicon content. Deoxidation practices ensure clean steel with low inclusion content — critical for maintaining consistent 25Mn ductility and weldability in precision castings.
Every production batch is identified by a unique heat number.
