This Precision Sealing Fitting is a core fluid-sealing and connection component designed for precision instruments, hydraulic systems, pneumatic equipment, and high-integrity fluid interface assemblies. It is manufactured by our in-house CNC Machining (Turning + Machining Center) process from 6061 aluminum alloy with T6 solution heat treatment to achieve high strength, precise thread and sealing geometry, and reliable leak-free performance under pressure. The use of 6061-T6 aluminum provides an excellent balance of high strength-to-weight ratio, superior machinability for fine surface finishes, and excellent corrosion resistance after hard anodizing.
Matech's one-stop approach, covering raw material sourcing with mill certificates, CNC turning and machining center operations (thread profiles, sealing faces, O-ring grooves, hex features), T6 solution heat treatment, hard black anodizing surface treatment, thread gauge and dimensional inspection, and cleanroom-compatible packing, ensures this sealing fitting offers excellent thread accuracy, tight dimensional tolerances on sealing and mating interfaces, and a ready-to-install finish.

Customization Options
Every casting project starts with your unique design and requirements. Whether it's iron, steel, or aluminum, we tailor every aspect of the manufacturing process to your exact specifications. Below are the key dimensions you can customize with Matech — your drawing is our only standard.
Our Advantages
Technical Advantages
Full In-House Precision Machining
Raw material warehousing, CNC turning & milling (3/4/5-axis machining centers), heat treatment, surface treatment, and inspection lab — all centralized under one roof. No subcontracting for any process step. From certified bar stock to finished and anodized part, we maintain full control over lead time, multi-process sequencing, and final quality.
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) & Programming Support
Before the first chip is cut, our engineering team reviews your drawing for machining feasibility. We provide feedback on tolerance stack-ups, thread specifications, sealing face flatness requirements, and suggestions to optimize O-ring groove geometry for reliable sealing. Combined with in-house CAM programming for turning and machining centers, we ensure efficient toolpaths and consistent output from first article to production batch.
Expertise in Precision Sealing Components
We specialize in high-precision fluid-sealing parts — such as sealing fittings, hydraulic adapters, pneumatic connectors, and instrument manifolds. Our turning and machining center capabilities deliver fine surface finishes (Ra 0.8µm and below on sealing faces), tight dimensional tolerances (±0.01mm on critical features), and precise thread quality verified by thread gauges. We are experienced with 6061-T6, 7075, 316 stainless, and other high-performance alloys.
Material Advantages
Certified Raw Material, Verified In-House
All 6061 aluminum bar stock is sourced from certified mills. Every piece of material arrives with mill test certificates stating heat number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties. We verify incoming material against these certificates before it enters production — no unverified material ever reaches your part.
We handle the full spectrum of starting material forms and grades:
Steel block/billet:Carbon steels, alloy steels (4140, 4340, 40Cr), tool steels (H13, D2, SKD11), stainless steels (304, 316, 17-4PH, 2205)
Aluminum block/billet:6061, 7075, 5083, 6082, and other wrought grades
Profiles/Extrusions:Aluminum profiles with custom cross-sections, cut to length and precision-machined on mating faces and mounting holes
Forging blanks:Closed-die steel and aluminum forgings, machined to final tolerance on functional surfaces while preserving forged grain flow for superior strength
Material batch integrity is maintained from raw stock to finished part. We tag and segregate material by heat/lot number through sawing, machining, heat treatment, and anodizing stages. We deliver a complete traceable dossier — mill cert, T6 heat treatment record, anodizing thickness report, thread inspection data, and final dimensional report — all linked to the original material lot.
Service Advantages
