This Hydraulic Valve Base is a core fluid-control and pressure-containing component designed for hydraulic power units, pneumatic control systems, directional valve mounting platforms, and fluid distribution manifolds. It is manufactured by our in-house CNC Machining (Lathe + Vertical Machining Center) process from 304 stainless steel with stress-relief annealing to achieve high strength, precise manifold geometry, and reliable leak-free performance under system pressure. The use of 304 stainless steel provides an excellent balance of superior corrosion resistance in hydraulic fluids and pneumatic media, excellent mechanical properties at both ambient and elevated temperatures, and good machinability for fine sealing surfaces.
Matech's one-stop approach, covering raw material sourcing with mill certificates, CNC turning and vertical machining center operations (valve mounting faces, internal passages, threaded ports, O-ring grooves), stress-relief annealing heat treatment, ultrasonic cleaning and drying, flatness and dimensional inspection, and engineered packing, ensures this valve base offers excellent flatness accuracy on mounting faces, tight dimensional tolerances on port locations and sealing interfaces, and a ready-to-install finish — performing reliably in demanding hydraulic and pneumatic applications.

Customization Options
Every casting project starts with your unique design and requirements. Whether it's iron, steel, or aluminum, we tailor every aspect of the manufacturing process to your exact specifications. Below are the key dimensions you can customize with Matech — your drawing is our only standard.
Our Advantages
Technical Advantages
Full In-House Precision Machining
Raw material warehousing, CNC turning & vertical machining centers, heat treatment, cleaning line, and inspection lab — all centralized under one roof. No subcontracting for any process step. From certified bar stock to finished, cleaned, and inspected part, we maintain full control over lead time, multi-process sequencing, and final quality.
Design for Manufacturability (DFM) & Programming Support
Before the first chip is cut, our engineering team reviews your drawing for machining feasibility. We provide feedback on manifold port layout, tolerance stack-ups, flatness requirements on valve mounting faces, and suggestions to optimize internal passage routing for reliable flow distribution. Combined with in-house CAM programming for lathe and vertical machining centers, we ensure efficient toolpaths and consistent output from first article to production batch.
Expertise in Hydraulic Manifold Components
We specialize in high-precision fluid-control parts — such as hydraulic valve bases, manifold blocks, pump mounting plates, and pneumatic distribution blocks. Our lathe and vertical machining center capabilities deliver fine surface finishes (Ra 0.8µm and below on sealing faces), tight flatness tolerances on valve mounting surfaces, and precise port location accuracy verified by CMM. We are experienced with 304, 316, 45#, 4140, and other fluid power alloys.
Material Advantages
Certified Raw Material with Full Mill Traceability
All 304 stainless steel bar stock and plate are sourced from certified mills (Baosteel, TISCO, Outokumpu, etc.). Every piece of material arrives with mill test certificates (EN 10204 3.1) stating heat number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties. We verify incoming material against these certificates before it enters production — no unverified material ever reaches your part.
We machine a wide spectrum of engineering materials — stainless steels (304/316/17-4PH/2205), carbon & alloy steels (45#, 40Cr, 4140), aluminum alloys (6061-T6, 7075-T6), titanium, and engineering plastics (POM, PEEK, PTFE). Your material specification, whether a standard grade or a niche alloy, is well within our experience.
Material batch integrity is maintained from raw stock to finished part. We tag and segregate material by heat/lot number through sawing, machining, heat treatment, and cleaning stages. We deliver a complete traceable dossier — mill cert, stress-relief annealing record, cleanliness verification report, flatness inspection data, and final dimensional report — all linked to the original material lot.
Service Advantages
Dedicated Cross-Functional Support
A dedicated project manager oversees the entire process — from design review to final delivery — ensuring efficient communication at every stage and a single point of contact for all technical and commercial matters.
Fast Response & Transparent Communication
Quotations are typically provided within 24–48 hours. Production progress is updated regularly through photos and production data, with continuous customer feedback collection throughout the project. For hydraulic manifold components, first-article inspection reports including flatness measurement and port location verification are provided before batch production begins.
Full batch traceability and 24-hour response to quality-related issues ensure reliable post-delivery support. Flexible MOQ with pilot order options available for new machining projects.
