This Nozzle is a precision flow control component designed for high‑temperature combustion systems, burners, thermal processing equipment, and corrosive fluid spraying applications. It is manufactured by our in‑house Lost‑Wax Casting (Investment Casting) + CNC precision machining process. The use of GX40CrSi28 (1.4776) heat‑resistant cast steel provides an excellent balance of high‑temperature strength, exceptional oxidation resistance, good creep resistance, and reliable performance under thermal shock and aggressive media. The lost‑wax casting process ensures tight dimensional tolerances, smooth internal surface finish, and the ability to form complex internal flow channels — all critical for nozzles requiring precise flow metering, uniform spray patterns, and long service life in extreme heat or corrosive environments.
Our one‑stop approach — covering mold design, lost‑wax casting, CNC machining, surface treatment, and engineered packing — delivers a ready‑to‑install nozzle that meets high‑performance thermal and mechanical requirements and withstands repeated thermal cycling, high‑velocity flow erosion, oxidation, and chemical attack.
