It is manufactured by our in‑house Sand Casting + CNC precision machining process. The use of 1.4776 / GX40CrSi28 heat‑resistant cast steel provides an excellent balance of high‑temperature strength, exceptional oxidation resistance, good creep resistance, and reliable performance under prolonged thermal exposure and cyclic heating/cooling. The sand casting process ensures the ability to produce large‑size, heavy‑weight hearth plates with optimized ribbed structures, flat supporting surfaces, and cost‑effective tooling — all critical for furnace hearth plates requiring dimensional stability at elevated temperatures, resistance to scaling and warping, uniform load distribution, and long service life in severe thermal environments.
