It is manufactured by our in-house Low Pressure Casting + CNC precision machining process. The use of A356 aluminum alloy with T6 heat treatment provides an excellent balance of high strength, superior thermal resistance, and lightweight performance. The low-pressure casting process ensures excellent internal soundness, smooth internal passage surfaces for optimal airflow, and uniform wall thickness — all critical for intake manifolds that must maintain boost pressure sealing, resist thermal cycling from engine heat, and deliver precise flange flatness for gasket sealing with no air leakage.
