This Aluminum Extrusion Beam is a lightweight structural component designed for machine frames, conveyor systems, automation workstations, solar panel mounting structures, and industrial assembly lines. It is manufactured by our in-house Extrusion + CNC precision machining process. The use of Al6061 aluminum alloy provides an excellent balance of high strength-to-weight ratio, good corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and reliable performance under static and dynamic loads in rigid structural applications. The extrusion process enables complex cross-sectional profiles with integrated T-slots or reinforcement ribs, while subsequent CNC machining ensures precise cut lengths, accurate end faces, drilled/tapped holes, and consistent surface finish — all critical for extrusion beams requiring modular assembly, straightness, dimensional accuracy, and long-term stability in custom-built industrial equipment.
Our one-stop approach — covering extrusion die design, aluminum extrusion, solution heat treatment (T6 temper), CNC cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, surface treatment (clear anodizing, mill finish, or powder coating), and engineered packing — delivers a ready-to-assemble extrusion beam that meets high-strength structural requirements and withstands bending loads, torsional stress, vibration, and environmental exposure.
