Weighing approximately 45 kg with overall dimensions of 1000 × 500 × 300 mm, it is manufactured by our in-house Sand Casting (Resin Sand Shell Molding) + CNC precision machining process to achieve high strength, precise joint interface geometry, and reliable structural rigidity. The use of ductile iron QT600-3 provides an excellent balance of high tensile strength (≥600 MPa), superior stiffness under cantilevered loads, and excellent vibration damping capacity .
