This Impeller is a high‑performance rotating component designed for centrifugal pumps, mixers, compressors, marine propellers, and industrial agitation systems. It is manufactured by our in‑house Investment Casting + CNC precision machining process. The use of 316 stainless steel provides an excellent balance of superior corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength, excellent pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, and reliable performance in chloride‑containing or aggressive fluid environments. The investment casting process ensures tight dimensional tolerances, smooth surface finish, and the ability to form complex blade geometries, thin‑wall sections, and optimized hydraulic profiles — all critical for impellers requiring high hydraulic efficiency, reduced turbulence, cavitation resistance, and long‑term durability in marine, chemical, food, or pharmaceutical applications.
Our one‑stop approach — covering mold design, investment casting, CNC machining, dynamic balancing, surface treatment (pickling, passivation, or electropolishing), and engineered packing — delivers a ready‑to‑install impeller that meets high‑performance flow requirements and withstands high‑speed rotation, fluid erosion, pressure differentials, thermal cycling, and corrosive media.
