This Ductile Iron Exhaust Manifold is a core fluid-handling component designed for heavy-duty diesel truck engines. The use of ductile iron QT500 provides an excellent balance of high tensile strength, superior thermal fatigue resistance under extreme temperature cycling, and excellent oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures — delivering a manifold that resists thermal cracking under repeated heating and cooling, maintains precise port-to-port geometry for optimal exhaust flow, and provides reliable gasket sealing across all cylinder head interfaces.
Matech's one-stop approach, covering pattern making, resin sand shell molding casting, annealing heat treatment, CNC machining (exhaust port faces, gasket mounting flanges, turbocharger mounting interface, threaded holes), dimensional and flatness inspection, surface treatment (high-temperature anti-oxidation coating), and engineered packing, ensures this exhaust manifold offers excellent port alignment accuracy, tight flatness tolerances on gasket sealing faces, and a ready-to-install finish — performing reliably in demanding high-temperature engine exhaust environments.
