We charge only carefully sorted steel scrap into our electric arc or induction furnaces. Every heat is chemically analyzed by spectrometer before tapping, with real-time adjustments to carbon, manganese, silicon, and alloying elements. Deoxidation and desulfurization practices ensure clean steel with low inclusion content.

Every production batch is identified by a unique heat number. Chemical composition reports, mechanical test records (yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, impact toughness at ambient or low temperature), and heat treatment charts are compiled into a traceable dossier — from furnace charge to finished casting.
