 This Pump component is a critical fluid handling part designed for water supply systems, chemical transfer pumps, food processing equipment, pharmaceutical production lines, and general industrial pumping applications. It is manufactured by our in‑house Investment Casting + CNC precision machining process. The use of 304 stainless steel provides an excellent balance of corrosion resistance, good weldability, excellent formability, and reliable performance under a wide range of fluids and temperatures. The investment casting process ensures tight dimensional tolerances, smooth internal surface finish, and the ability to form complex hydraulic passages, thin-walled sections, and intricate impeller geometries — all critical for pump components requiring high volumetric efficiency, low flow resistance, cavitation resistance, and long‑term durability in sanitary or mildly corrosive environments.
