The use of 304L low carbon stainless steel provides an excellent balance of superior corrosion resistance, good weldability, high mechanical strength, and reliable performance under continuous flow, pressure differentials, and aggressive or sanitary media. The CNC machining process ensures tight dimensional tolerances, precise perforation patterns, uniform slot or hole geometries, and consistent surface finish on end caps, core tubes, and connecting interfaces — all critical for filter cartridges requiring efficient particle retention, low pressure drop, easy cleaning or backwashing, and long service life in demanding industrial environments.
