This Marine Accessory is a high-durability component designed for marine mounting brackets. It is manufactured by our in-house Gravity Casting (Permanent Mold Casting) + CNC precision machining process. The use of A356 aluminum alloy with T6 heat treatment provides an excellent balance of high strength, superior corrosion resistance in saltwater environments, and lightweight performance. The gravity casting process ensures excellent internal soundness, dense grain structure, and consistent mechanical properties — all critical for marine components that must withstand prolonged exposure to salt spray, resist galvanic corrosion, and maintain structural integrity under dynamic wave loads and constant vibration.
Our one-stop approach — covering mold design, gravity casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, surface treatment (with marine-grade anti-corrosion coating), and engineered packing — delivers a ready-to-install marine component that meets stringent corrosion resistance standards and performs reliably in harsh saltwater environments.
