This Cast Iron 90° Female Thread Elbow is a core pipeline direction-change and fluid-handling component designed for industrial water supply networks . It is manufactured by our in-house Sand Casting (Resin Sand) + CNC machining and threading process to achieve high strength, precise geometry, and reliable thread sealing. The use of grey cast iron HT200 provides an excellent balance of good tensile strength, superior vibration damping, and excellent corrosion resistance in water and neutral media — delivering a fitting that threads smoothly for leak-free joints, absorbs pump and flow-induced vibrations, and maintains long-term dimensional stability in buried and exposed installations.

We charge carefully proportioned pig iron, steel scrap, and ferroalloys (FeSi, FeMn, nodulizer) into our electric induction furnaces. Carbon equivalent, silicon content, and alloying elements are spectrometer-verified and adjusted in real time before tapping. Precise inoculation and nodulization practices ensure consistent graphite morphology and mechanical properties across every pour.

Every production batch is identified by a unique heat number. Chemical composition reports, mechanical test records (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, and for ductile iron — impact toughness), metallographic analysis (graphite nodularity, matrix structure), and heat treatment charts are compiled into a traceable dossier — from furnace charge to finished casting.

We pour a comprehensive range of grey iron (HT150–HT350), ductile iron (QT400-18 to QT700-2), austempered ductile iron (ADI), Ni-resist, and high-Si-Mo ductile iron.
