Grain and Oil Industrial Chain
Grain and oil industrial chains are specially designed for the entire grain and oil production process, suitable for core links such as raw material transshipment, oilseed pressing, deep processing, finished product warehousing and transshipment. Adopting special materials resistant to oil, dust and wear, through special heat treatment and surface protection processes, they can withstand the harsh working conditions of high dust, oil infiltration, light and medium load and continuous operation in grain and oil workshops. We accurately match the operation needs of grain and oil equipment, optimize the chain structure design, ensure stable transportation, wear resistance and durability, effectively reduce equipment failure rate, improve grain and oil production efficiency, and provide efficient and reliable conveying chain solutions for the grain and oil industry.

At Matech, we have a complete production base specially built for grain and oil industrial chains, equipped with advanced and precision chain manufacturing equipment, covering the entire production links such as CNC stamping, special heat treatment, and automatic assembly lines. Each process is strictly controlled to ensure the stability of product performance and quality, meeting the strict requirements of continuous production in the grain and oil industry.
The complete quality inspection system is equipped with hardness testers, tensile testing machines and high-precision dimensional measuring instruments to comprehensively test the core performance of grain and oil chains such as oil resistance, wear resistance, load capacity and hygiene indicators, ensuring that each chain is strictly verified before leaving the factory. The perfect combination of cutting-edge production equipment and strict quality control demonstrates our comprehensive strength as a reliable manufacturer of grain and oil industrial chains, providing high-quality and highly adaptable conveying components for grain and oil enterprises.
Combined with the needs of "continuity and low failure" in grain and oil production, 4 key points should be focused on during installation and maintenance to avoid chain failures and production impact caused by improper operation:
1. Installation alignment: Ensure that the sprocket and chain are accurately coaxial aligned with a deviation not exceeding 0.5mm to avoid eccentric load, especially for continuous conveying stations such as flour and oilseeds, to prevent jamming and slipping caused by deviation and affect production continuity; before initial use, it is necessary to carry out no-load running-in for 2-4 hours to check for transmission hidden dangers.
2. Lubrication and maintenance: Select special lubricating oil according to the working conditions of the station - anti-dust high-viscosity chain oil is used for stations with high dust (such as flour workshops), and oil-resistant lubricating oil is used for oil-soaked stations (such as pressing workshops) to avoid reaction between lubricating oil and grain and oil materials and dust adhesion to the chain; check and supplement every 80 hours for stations with high dust, and every 120 hours for conventional stations to eliminate dry wear.
3. Tension adjustment: Maintain a reasonable tension, and the chain sag should be controlled at 2%-4% of the center distance. Too loose is easy to jump and derail, and too tight will aggravate component wear and increase equipment power consumption. Long-distance conveying lines need to be checked and adjusted once a week.
4. Regular inspection: Every 500 hours of operation, check the chain elongation, chain plate wear, and pin looseness. When the elongation exceeds 3%, the chain must be replaced in time to avoid failures such as chain breakage and jamming, and ensure the continuous operation of the production line; if severe chain plate wear or loose pins are found, the components must be repaired or replaced in time to prevent the failure from expanding and affecting production efficiency.
