This Aluminum Electrical Housingis a core protective and insulating component. It is manufactured by our in-house High Pressure Die Casting + CNC precision machining process. The use of ADC12 aluminum alloy provides an excellent balance of high strength, superior electromagnetic shielding, and lightweight performance. The high-pressure casting process ensures excellent surface finish, precise dimensional consistency, and the ability to form thin-walled, complex geometries with integrated mounting bosses— all critical for electrical housings that must provide reliable IP-rated protection against dust and moisture, ensure effective shielding for sensitive internal components, and deliver secure grounding continuity across the enclosure.
Our one-stop approach — covering mold design, high pressure die casting, CNC machining (gasket grooves, threaded holes, connector cutouts), IP leak testing, surface treatment (with electrically conductive or insulating coating per specification), and engineered packing — delivers a ready-to-assemble electrical housing that meets stringent ingress protection and electrical safety standards, performing reliably in demanding industrial and outdoor electrical installations.
