This Bracket Casting is a core structural and load-bearing component designed for transmission equipment, mechanical drive assemblies, and industrial power transmission support structures. It is manufactured by our in-house Investment Casting (Lost Wax) + CNC precision machining process to achieve high strength, precise mounting geometry, and reliable structural integrity under dynamic loading. The use of alloy cast steel ZG40Cr provides an excellent balance of high tensile strength (≥700 MPa after heat treatment), superior hardenability for uniform mechanical properties, and excellent fatigue resistance under cyclic loading.
