This Lamp Housing is a core protective and thermal-management component designed for industrial high-bay lighting. It is manufactured by our in-house High Pressure Die Casting + CNC precision machining process. The use of ADC12 aluminum alloy provides an excellent balance of high strength, superior thermal conductivity for LED heat dissipation, and lightweight performance. The high-pressure casting process ensures excellent surface finish, precise dimensional consistency, and the ability to form thin-walled, complex geometries with integrated heat sink fins — all critical for lamp housings that must efficiently dissipate heat away from LED modules, provide IP-rated weather sealing against rain and dust, and maintain precise mounting interfaces for lenses, gaskets, and driver compartments.
