Sure. Please send us your product drawings (2D and 3D). Then, our engineers will do technical analysis and drawings evaluation. We will let you know whether it is suitable for permanent mold casting, or provide feasible technical proposals.

Many aluminum alloys are suitable for permanent mold casting. Especially, aluminum-silicon (Al-Si) alloys are the most widely used due to their outstanding casting and mechanical properties. Common representative grades include ZL101 / ZL101A and ZL102.

Permanent mold casting is suitable for high-volume production of small to medium-sized non-ferrous (especially aluminum alloy) castings. It offers significant advantages when customers have high requirements on dimensional precision, surface quality, and internal density. For example, intake manifolds, transmission housings, elevator brackets, machine bases, and other industrial structural components can be made by this process normally.
