After full communication and customer approval, we can provide tool-free quick-release chain links and an open structure for you. These quick-release links let you quickly remove a section of the chain for cleaning or replacement without disconnecting the whole production line. The open structure ensures there are no dead corners where food residue or liquid can get trapped. All our designs follow relevant international standards, and we’ll also give you corresponding cleaning guidelines.

The key is using special-purpose heat-resistant steel material (e.g., ZG40Cr25Ni20) and precise heat treatment control. This material forms a stable oxide film on the surface with its high chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni) content, and maintains the austenitic structure at high temperatures. If the modification is required because we did not meet the mutually confirmed technical specifications, we shall bear all related costs.
If the change is initiated by the customer as a voluntary design revision, we will assess a reasonble and nominal processing fee based on the modification scope, and clearly inform you of the impact on lead time (normally 3–7 working days). All costs and lead times will be confirmed in writing before any modification work starts, with no hidden charges whatsoever.

First, the process parameters confirmed with samples are documented and formalized as standard operating procedures. Second, key production parameters and critical control characteristics (including dimensions) at all key stations are recorded in real time. 2) Cost and process: Is the process the most efficient and economical one?
3) Risk assessment: Identify potential quality risks points and make plans in advance.
We will also send the review result and improvement suggestions to you as an official document for your confirmation at that time.
