Working Principle of Chain
Chain drive operates through the engagement of sprockets and chain links, transferring power from the drive sprocket to the driven sprocket or directly driving the conveying components. What is the difference between double pitch chain and standard roller chain?
The double pitch chain has twice pitch of standard roller chain, and its chain plate is lighter, suitable for long-distance and light load transportation, with lower cost; Standard roller chain is more suitable for heavy-duty and short-distance transmission.

What attachment can be installed on the hollow pin chain?
It can install push rods, baffles, crossbars, and hooks so on. The attachment can be directly inserted into the hollow pin hole without disassembling the chain, which is easy for you to adjust.

What is the maximum extension amount of the extended pin chain?
It mainly depends on the chain specifications and attachments weight. Our engineers can calculate the optimal extension amount for you.

Which materials are available for the rollers in a conveyor chain with rollers?
The standard roller is steel. MC nylon, POM, PU coated or stainless steel rollers are also available. You can choose the suitable material according to the required corrosion resistance and strength.

What is the speed ratio of the double speed chain?
We offer single speed, 2.5x speed, and 3.0x speed chains, which can be selected according to the requirements of production lines circle time.

Can chains be customized with special surface treatments?

How to prevent chains from wearing out too quickly in dusty environments?
The preferred solution is to use a combination of high-hardness pin and carburized sleeves, as well as dust-proof chains with sealing rings. We can recommend solutions based on your dusty working condition level.

Different chains have different minimum bending radii, usually 20-30 times the pitch of the chain. Cranked Link has better turning performance.

Yes. We provide sprockets that are precisely matched with all chains, which can be made of carbon steel (Teeth surface will do high-frequency quenching to increase hardness) or corrosion-resistant stainless steel, to ensure precise matching with our produced chains.

Normally, samples take 7~30 days, while batch productions take 25-45 days, depending on the specific product and relevant requirements you need. Urgent projects can initiate production coordination and expedited logistics transportation.
