Drop Forged Chains
Each chain link is integrally drop-forged without welds, resulting in a dense and uniform microstructure. These chains are particularly suitable for heavy-duty traction applications such as scraper conveyors and transfer machines. Their impact resistance significantly outperforms that of cast or welded chains, ensuring reliable performance under severe operating conditions.

M Series Conveyor Chains
Heavy-duty chains are especially optimized for mining working conditions. Thickened chain plates and enlarged pin shafts are adopted with carburizing and quenching treatment, to improve tensile strength and extend wear service life.

Heavy-load Mining Chains
Applied to apron feeders, stacker-reclaimers and other equipment. Made of high-strength alloy steel with reinforced chain plate design, capable of resisting impact and stacking pressure from large ores.

Scraper Conveyor Chains
Used in coal washing plants and underground transportation. Matched with special scrapers, the chain body is hardened with wear-resistant layers, to reduce abrasion caused by gangue.

Aspects Solution for Casting & Machined Parts Conveyor Chain Solution
Material Optional materials include high manganese steel (ZGMn13), high-chromium cast iron (Cr26), high-strength alloy steel (40CrNiMo), etc. Materials can be selected according to wear conditions. High-strength alloy steel (20CrMnTi, 40Cr); stainless steel is available for corrosion resistance requirements
Structure Reinforced design for key stress-bearing parts to extend service life Die-forged chain links eliminate welding stress; M-series chain plates are thickened and pin shaft diameter increased; dust-proof sealing rings are available as an option.
Heat treatment High manganese steel undergoes solution treatment; High-chromium cast iron adopts air quenching plus tempering; Alloy steel receives quenching and tempering followed by surface hardening. Chain plates, pin shafts and sleeves are carburized and quenched separately. The surface hardness can reach HRC 58-62, and the core hardness can reach HRC 30-40.
