Our Chains are made of SUS 304/316 and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, zinc-plated or nickel-plated surface treatment are available.They are widely used in food and beverage, chemical, marine engineering and other industries with strict corrosion resistance requirements.
We also provide standard/ non-standard sprockets that match chains perfectly. Materials can be carbon steel, alloy steel, or stainless steel. The tooth surface can be treated with high-frequency quenching. This ensures accurate meshing and high strength between sprockets and chains, keeping the transmission system running smoothly.

We offer flexible production options ranging from single prototypes to large-scale production. The minimum order quantity is determined based on product type and process complexity, making us particularly well-suited for small-batch validation needs during R&D and trial production stages.

The typical lead time for samples is 20–30 working days, and 35–45 working days for mass production, depending on process complexity and order volume. We will provide a detailed schedule within approximately 3 working days after receiving your drawings.
