Dimension Casting & Machined Components Solutions Conveyor Chain Solutions
Materials Optional materials include aluminum alloys 6061/7075, stainless steel 304/316, ductile iron QT500-7, or custom-selected materials per your specific requirements. Structural Design DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis is applied to optimize fillets, wall thickness, thread configurations, and other structural features, reducing machining complexity. Complex parts are accommodated with single-setup five-axis machining. Link plate thickness and pin diameters are optimized based on load requirements. Customization options include hollow pins, extended pins, and various attachment configurations are available, to enhance assembly flexibility.
Process Capabilities In-house integrated process chain covers mold making, casting, CNC machining (e.g., mill-turn, 5-axis simultaneous machining, deep-hole drilling, etc.), heat treatment, and surface finishing under unified quality control. Link plates are precision-stamped to ensure consistent hole pitch accuracy. Both pins and link plates undergo case-carburizing and quenching treatments for enhanced wear resistance.
